On my latest work trip to SF, the week of 12/8, I noticed while doing expenses that I’d been charged a pet fee. I’d flown in for business and hadn’t brought either of my dogs, so I called and was told the charge would be reversed. It was refunded, but the paperwork showed a reversal from clerk “DJS” followed just 3.5 hours later, barely after midnight, by another charge from clerk “MSL.” Now I had to sort out a bogus expense with my company, and other reviews make it seem like this happens regularly. Even if it were my own money, I’d be upset. I’ll stay at other properties when I’m in SF from now on. It’s not worth the headache. I’d stayed here before without trouble. The staff had always seemed friendly and the room was clean.

The king suite has what you need to put together a lunch in the room for later. And the location is great. Mike at the front desk had oatmeal ready before breakfast officially started at 7AM, which was a handy quick bite before 6AM, along with the coffee.

It was easy to get around the area, and breakfast had a nice variety and tasted good. Mike and the rest of the team were so welcoming and friendly. Thanks for looking after me during my stay.
