When staff were around, they were helpful. For an extended stay, though, the rooms weren’t maintained as well as they could have been.

The staff made the biggest impression on us. They stayed kind and gentle with a guest who was rude about breakfast ending at 10:30, even though the breakfast time had already passed. We were happy with what we got here: a fresh breakfast, a clean bed, and a quiet place to sleep. Thanks, guys, for a peaceful night.

After hours on the road, it was a relief to find somewhere to stop for the night. The hotel did the job, but I wouldn't recommend it. It felt dark and dingy, smelled bad, and some curtains were coming off their rods. The staff could've been friendlier, and we skipped breakfast. We probably could've found somewhere better.

The one bright spot was the friendly staff, and the bed was comfortable. The rest left me disappointed. Our TV didn't work at all, the Wi-Fi kept dropping and reconnecting, the toilet ran, and the shower was noisy. The room seemed a bit dirty, too. For $70 a night, I expected a working TV. The parking lot was dark, with what looked like some undesirable people hanging around. I wouldn't stay again.

We've stayed here several times and never saw a single insect. In my experience, the rooms were really clean, the beds comfortable, and the staff nice, so the bedbug accusation seemed harsh and completely untrue. Later, we came back and were told we weren't welcome. They wouldn't credit our Wyndham points, and then refused to rent us a room without giving a reason. I believe it was because we wanted to use the points for a free stay and they didn't want to honor them.
