The room was comfortable and clean, and the shower was great. The front desk woman was friendly, helpful, and professional, and check-in and checkout both went smoothly. Breakfast was good, with plenty of seats in the lobby. The pool area was clean and the water wasn’t freezing. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in.

The hotel was great, and breakfast was good too. I was traveling with a coach bus and a college team. Parking was a little tricky with the bus, but I managed to position it so we could get out in the morning. Thanks, Tom the bus driver!

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were quiet and clean. The bed seemed like it needed replacing. Breakfast looked really good, though the bacon and scrambled eggs didn’t have much flavor.

Nothing fancy, but the price and location were great. It was easy to get to the freeway, restaurants, and shopping. The rooms were clean and maintained okay, and the staff were attentive. The man managing the complimentary breakfast was especially attentive and genuine, he was excellent.

Nya at the front desk deserves a shoutout. She was welcoming, friendly, and kind, and made our family feel right at home. We had a great stay. Thanks to Nya and the Springhill Suites staff!
