Mr. Samuel, the general manager, greeted us with another young woman and personally took care of check-in. He was patient, professional, and personable, even with surely plenty of other things to handle. The hotel smelled fresh and clean when we walked in, and the rooms were spotless, comfortable, and excellent. I was in town for work after cancelling a reservation elsewhere because of the filth, so I was pleasantly surprised. 10/10, I’d stay here again and highly recommend it.

The hotel stayed clean the whole time, the staff were friendly, and I had no problems during my stay. I’d rent a room here again.

I would never recommend this hotel. I couldn’t sleep well after receiving a call in my room between 10 and 10:30 pm from someone asking for my credit card numbers and claiming the hotel was offering discounts because its computer was down. When I called the front desk, the young woman said I was the second guest to report the same call. I was afraid someone who had access to hotel room numbers might hack us. My elderly parents were in another room, so I warned them and asked them to check whether anyone had called. No one had called by then, but after checkout I learned my mother had received one a little after midnight. Since we’d warned them, she just picked up and hung up. The assistant manager told me there had been several more complaints beyond the two from the night before, yet the manager had only been sent an email about the security breach. The manager emailed me later that afternoon, after I’d checked out, when he arrived at the hotel and had also been told verbally what happened. He said, “We have alerted our IT department and they are looking into how to prevent this from happening in the future. We do apologize for this incident but unfortunately scammers are always present but we do our best to protect everyone's safety.” Apparently protecting guests wasn’t enough of a priority for him to take precautions while we slept.

I’ve stayed here several times with my family and dog. The staff are consistently helpful, accommodating, and kind. It’s a convenient spot, with lots of restaurants close by and a Walmart right next door if you need a store. The rooms are a little dated but still comfortable. I just wish there were a fenced area for pets to relieve themselves.
