We picked this place because it was cheap, and the service team is doing the best they can. I’d give the staff four stars. The water from the tap was colored and smelled bad, though, and there were strong smells of weed and dog urine. The hotel should be smoke-free and weed-free, and provide a designated dog area with bags for picking up poop.

I can’t comment on the rooms or location because I canceled my booking. I reserved three rooms through Hotels.com as pay-at-the-hotel, but the hotel charged my bank right away. I canceled within an hour, and nine days later my money still hadn’t been refunded. They don’t answer messages on Hotels.com, and when I call, they’re rude. I do not recommend this place.

Absolute scam! We booked a reserve-now, pay-later stay, but they charged the card in advance even though the stay was canceled. It’s been weeks, and we keep getting the runaround. They said to leave our name and number and a manager would call back, but we’re still waiting. Stay away.

In our first room, some lights and the microwave didn’t work. Nobody told us the induction cooktop needed special pans until we asked, and then they offered three for $60. Why wasn’t I told beforehand? The woman at the front desk was rude too. I’ll never stay here again.
