We had a great family stay, especially if what matters most is a clean place to sleep. Our room was spacious and very clean, with great reading lights and enough room between the bed and window for the kids to spread out some toys. We brought our own pillows because we're picky, and slept well. Breakfast ran from 6:30-9:30 and included coffee, juice, milk, three cereals, bananas, packaged bagels, and bread. The room has about 15 seats and fills fast depending on when you arrive. Food wasn't always restocked, so once the cream cheese or jam ran out, that was it for the day. The staff were very kind, a little shy, which I didn't mind.

We appreciated the complimentary breakfast before getting back on the road. The rooms were clean and had what we needed, and the staff were friendly and attentive. We enjoyed our stay and would come back.

The beds were so firm they felt harsh and uncomfortable, even after we tried switching rooms. The layouts were awkward and the rooms cramped. Cleanliness was reasonable, but we had to ask for fresh towels and other replacements. Breakfast is included, though it's minimal, and one toaster stayed broken for all three days. Management just doesn't seem to care. I don't recommend it.

Save yourself the trouble and don't stay here. Yes, it's cheap and conveniently located, but my family found bed bugs in our first-floor room. I'm posting video. My niece had two on her, and it looked like the mattress zipper covers hadn't been changed. When we showed management an actual bed bug crawling across a pillow, he said, "no bug" and smeared it with his finger. My SIL got upset, and only then did they say they would refund us.

We had a really nice room for an affordable price, and the hotel was quiet at night, though mornings got busier. Breakfast is free, with bagels, coffee, and cereal. We’ll definitely come back with the kids. Thanks for having us!
