The location worked really well for our plans, with everything we wanted to visit about 15-20 minutes away and plenty of food nearby. We stayed four nights. The room was clean and in good shape, though it seemed to have been remodeled a while ago and showed some wear. Parking, breakfast, and Wi-Fi were all free. We had the odd problem of not being able to get cold water. The front desk lady let us use another room to shower, which was easier than packing up and moving. We returned the key and picked it up again the next morning. A good stay overall.

I’d gotten pretty wary of hotels after reading so many reviews, but this one was legit. The room looked like the website photos, it was clean, and the staff were friendly. I’d stay here again.

Lorita Oliver was the reason we got such great service. She was sweet, kind, and inspirational, and went out of her way to help us when we needed some extra accommodation services. She made sure we got the best help she could give. I’d give her 10 stars if I could.

Update: the room was clean, really comfortable, and up to date. We checked in late, and Jarvis made the whole thing easy. He had a great vibe, knew the answers to all my questions, and was so helpful. Customer service like that is rare these days. I’d come back just because of him.

We come twice a year for the shoe show, but we won’t stay here again. The shower only gets lukewarm, so taking one means freezing. We told the front desk twice, and nobody checked on it. Other reviews mention the same issue. This hotel does not have hot water.
