The breakfast has been fresh and really good so far, with bacon, eggs, oatmeal, muffins, and plenty more. The place is spotless, and it seems like the staff take real pride in their work. Everyone's been welcoming, especially the younger woman on the day shift. The pool area is warm, though I wish the water were warmer too. We've enjoyed our stay a lot.

I had to heat dinner in the lobby because my room didn't have a microwave. When I asked, I was told those are only in the family suites and jacuzzi suites. I said that whoever made that decision had a bad idea, and I won't be back. I'm a Diamond Select customer, too. At $170 for a two-star room without a microwave, I'd go somewhere else, maybe a Motel 6.

The morning breakfast was amazing. I was here on a business trip, and though it cost a bit more, I felt it was worth it. Check them out!

I won't stay here again. Only about 20 of the hundreds of TV channels worked. Staff spent 10 minutes trying to fix it in the room, but couldn't improve things. The lobby had a news channel, but I couldn't get that in my room, and they never offered another TV or a room with more channels. Our room also wasn't cleaned while we were out, and there were no extra towels for the pool. I had a much better stay at Painted Pony in Show Low years ago, so I'll go there next time.

Getting to the Petrified Forest from here was easy since it isn't far away, and the location was really nice. The hotel layout is convenient, and the rooms were clean. We had a perfect stay, much better than at Paint Pony Best Western in Show Low. I'd be delighted to come back.
