Laurelwood Condominiums Studio Deluxe Unit 113

My 13-year-old son loved having his own sleeping space, thanks to the divider between the bedroom and the pullout sofa. The bed and sofa were both comfortable, and the condo was well kept. We visited in mid-October and loved opening the windows in the perfect weather. A box fan helped drown out the young family staying nearby so we could sleep well. There are great restaurants close by, and Aspen is a beautiful 20-minute drive away. We stayed for his swim meet weekend and would definitely return.

This was our third time staying at Laurelwood Condos in Aspen, and we’d happily come back. Each morning they changed the towels and collected the trash, so everything felt easy and well cared for. The spot is great for walking to Snowmass Village, shops, and restaurants, and the ski-in/ski-out access is wonderfully convenient and stress-free. It’s comfortable, clean, and I’d absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Snowmass.

Our room was neat and clean, and it was ready before 4 pm. I got a text saying we could check in right away, which was great since we’d arrived in Snowmass early and had thought we might kill time in Aspen. Instead, we checked in and relaxed. Free parking was another plus. There’s no AC because the nights are usually cold. Even in mid-September it was chilly, so we turned off the fan and closed the windows.

A room divider let my 13-year-old son have his own space at night behind the pullout sofa, and he loved that. My bed was super comfy, and he said the sofa was comfortable too. We used the box fan to block out noise from the young family nearby, which helped us sleep well. The condo was perfect for the two of us, close to great restaurants, and just a 20-minute drive from Aspen. We’d definitely stay again!
