Comfort Inn & Suites

The parking lot always felt safe, and I've stayed here twice. I'll come back again. The rooms are large and nice, though basic, with no fancy or high-tech features. Breakfast is free and hot each morning. It's about a two-minute drive to New Mexico Tech for class. Staff do a good job, though the night shift person speaks so quietly on the phone that it's hard to hear.

After a long, tiring road trip, my buddy and I arrived to a really kind and helpful staff. They made check-in and our other needs easy. The place was clean, comfortable, and cozy, and the water, coffee, and breakfast were nice unexpected extras. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We'll be glad to stay here again when we're back in the area.

The food was decent and everything was clean, but the final bill made no sense. I was first quoted 109, then told at check-in it would be 120-something with tax and fees. At checkout I was charged 153+, and nobody could explain why. The website prices are a lie, so expect to pay around 40-45 dollars more than quoted.

There was cereal and oatmeal, but no milk at all in the morning, even with a grocery store across the street. The breakfast service was very bad. The scrambled eggs came out cold from the fridge. I guess you're supposed to put coffee on your cereal.
