I really appreciated how the manager handled things when my ride was late. After checkout, I’d been sitting in the sun by the nearby warehouse for about 10 minutes, and they let me wait inside. The room was clean, the bathrooms were nice, and the service was amazing. I’d give it six stars if I could. Thank you!

The bed was comfortable, and after some effort the front desk gave me a long extension cord. The TV had plenty of channels and worked well, and there was a microwave and refrigerator. Still, I was very disappointed. There’s no bathroom outlet for a curling iron, and unlike most hotels these days, no blow dryer. I hadn’t brought mine. The old bathtub fixtures weren’t marked hot and cold, so figuring out the hot faucet was difficult. They allow pets, but there’s no grassy spot for walking dogs, so it’s all asphalt. I’d never stay here again. It was Memorial Day weekend, yet there were only about 3-4 guests, and now I see why.

The staff were very friendly, but the rest of the stay was among the worst I’ve had at a motel. The room felt pretty gross and had a strong locker-room smell. The area seemed sketchy, and I saw a few people openly using drugs, not marijuana. We could park our truck with the RV attached, but we didn’t sleep well because we kept worrying about its safety. I know running an older motel can’t be easy, but this was not good.

For the price, I slept comfortably, and the room was clean. The maintenance guy checked us in while the front desk attendant was available, so there wasn’t any gap in service. The bathroom repairs could definitely be done better, but I’ve paid more for a much worse room.
