The room was spotless and had that familiar hotel-room smell, lol. Everything looked new, from the paint and floors to the appliances and newer TV, except for the dresser and end tables. The property manager seemed like a nice guy. I gather the place changed hands a few years back, which may explain some of the older, less favorable reviews. It felt much cleaner and more updated than the nearby Economy, where I've stayed too.

The location is great, and the rate works if you only need one night nearby. But set your expectations very low: the place is a dump, plain and simple. I don't know how it got such high reviews. Staying longer could leave you risking a respiratory problem.

When I came back to the area recently, I ended up staying here again after having visited years ago. The new management seems to have done a lot for the property. Staff were really friendly and helpful, the room was clean, and apart from a little traffic, it was quiet. I'd recommend it for a weekend room.

The staff were lovely, but the room itself felt dated. The TV didn't work, and the beds were uncomfortable. The shower was so narrow it made me feel claustrophobic.

A clean little place with no frills, just right for stopping for the night. The owner was welcoming and very kind. Thanks, budget Inn!
