This was easily the worst hotel I’ve stayed in. In the first room, there was hair all over the shower and floor, the tub filled with water and black stuff came up from the drain, the sink was clogged, and the mirror was too filthy to see myself in. The A/C was black, so if you have asthma or allergies, you’ll be dying. I asked for another room and was given a storage room full of junk. The next room wasn’t any better. For $88, go across the road for a better room. The cleaning staff needs to be fired.

The room was extremely dirty and clearly hadn’t been cleaned before I arrived. The bathtub was so filthy and run down that it shouldn’t be acceptable for a business, and there were black flakes in the bed. I don’t know what they were. I wouldn’t recommend staying here. Save your money and stay away.

I would definitely not stay here. We spent one night in January, left the key in the key box at checkout because nobody was at the front desk, and expected a bill by email. No bill ever came. Then on February 3, our card showed two charges of $78.81, the cost of one night. I called the hotel on January 4 and spoke with the manager, Princess. She saw the issue and said she’d credit $78.81. Less than 10 minutes later, another $78.81 charge appeared. I called right back and spoke to Princess again. She apologized and promised a $157.62 credit and an email confirmation. Three weeks later, neither had arrived. I tried many times to reach Princess or anyone else who could help, without success. They took our money. Update: Someone claiming to be hotel management responded to this review. If that was true, they would have contacted me directly to fix the problem, but they haven’t. It’s now been over a month and I still haven’t received the $157.62 credit for the charges I believe were fraudulent.

The customer service was probably the best I’ve had at any hotel. Whatever I needed, she brought it to me. I’d definitely recommend staying here.
