We were close to ND and our family, and the apartment was clean and very nice. The kitchen was fully stocked with coffee and tea, there was plenty of closet space, and I loved having a washer and dryer. The bed was comfortable, too. A few minor things needed fixing, but nothing put a damper on our five day stay. Parking wasn’t the best, since we have a full size truck and the spaces seemed meant more for compacts.

The apartment was spacious, clean, and nicely decorated, with very comfortable beds. Check-in and check-out were easy. Kasa uses generic photos for its listings, though, and the apartment didn’t look like the pictures we saw when booking. I’d still consider staying at Kasa properties again.

For Notre Dame Graduation weekend, staying at Kasa was a lovely, simple experience. The apartment was clean and close to the Notre Dame campus. Parking was a little tricky, though not impossible. We always found a space, sometimes literally the last one in the lot. I wonder whether other guests couldn’t find a spot. We usually got back to our unit around 10pm, so I did wonder if parking might be an issue. Just an observation, not a complaint.

The room was exactly as pictured and very clean, and the online instructions for everything were really easy to follow. Kasa is close to Notre Dame and its activities, while also right downtown by the river, with restaurants within walking distance. We had a fantastic stay and will definitely come back.

My friends and I had a great time here for a Notre Dame football weekend, and we’ll definitely be back. The place had everything we needed, including shampoo, conditioner, soft TP, plush towels, and even a diffuser on the hair dryer for my curly-haired friend. Check-in and check-out were easy, it was roomy, the mattresses and pillows were comfortable, and the Wi-Fi was fast. Parking was easy, too. One tip: the local water is very hard, so I’d bring bottled water.
