They received services from a small business and still refused to pay the invoice, even though it was easy to click and pay. We discussed monthly payments, but nothing was signed and there was no contract, so payment was due when the service was provided. Instead, they brushed it off. This is a badly run business, and I’d be wary of staying here in case they add unnecessary charges to your card. Pay for what you received. Do better.

I try to be grateful and respectful instead of complaining, but this stay was a letdown compared with my past visits. We paid the same sort of price for a much smaller room, and the AC worked only part of the time. I asked twice to have it checked, but housekeeping was the only one who came by to inspect the room. It was a subpar visit.

You can hear people in the hall and in the rooms beside and above you. The hotel didn’t seem dirty, but it didn’t feel clean either, and the low quality sheets and uncomfortable mattress didn’t help. It’s a basic place among several similar hotels just off the interstate, though the university campuses are within walking distance.

We booked a conference room, but were hassled throughout the function and weren’t allowed to shut the door, even though we were told there had been noise complaints. As guests were leaving, someone at the front desk shouted at them and insulted them. It was disgraceful. I wouldn’t recommend this place for anything. If they don’t want functions, they shouldn’t claim to offer venues.
