SpringHill Suites by Marriott South Bend Notre Dame Area

I only came to sleep, and somehow left attached to the place. The staff were so warm and friendly that I almost expected a bedtime story. Everything was spotless, the pool was clean, and there was a gym, though I didn’t use it. I tried to find something to complain about and couldn’t. The room had so much space I briefly misplaced my suitcase. It felt like somewhere I could move in and start a new life. The bed was unreal. I lay down to test it and woke up feeling like I’d been in a coma. Breakfast was another surprise: the waffle maker was going nonstop, the coffee was strong, and I ate more than I’d admit. After one night, I’m over-caffeinated and thinking about making up trips to South Bend just to stay again. I’d abandon responsibilities for this hotel.

We were traveling up from North Carolina and scrambling to find a room. Shelly was a huge help from beginning to end, going above and beyond with her support and customer service. She made the stay a standout experience. Thank you, Shelly!
