The beds were really comfortable, the breakfast and coffee were great, and the third floor was very clean. I also want to thank the desk person for checking my ID when I’d lost my room card. Many hotels don’t do that, and it matters a lot for a woman traveling alone.

After a long road trip, we arrived around 2:30 in the morning. The front desk agent was incredibly kind and accommodating. We stayed in a handicap accessible room, which was clean and orderly, and the building was quiet and clean too.

Coordinating rooms for my son’s basketball team was difficult, but Susan H. made the process easy and stress-free. She was organized, responsive, and incredibly helpful from start to finish. I haven’t had service like this at any other hotel. We’re so thankful for her outstanding help!

Everyone was very nice, and we only needed the room for a quick overnight to sleep. There was a lot of construction, and the water was off for about an hour for repairs in February 2026. It’s an older, kind of dingy building, so maybe they’re renovating?

The front desk associates, Kendall & AnnE, were thoughtful and kept going out of their way to help us. The bed was very comfortable, the sheets were so soft, and the coffee was always good. We liked the muffins, too. The only downside was hearing a heavy-footed person in the room above us.
