The Avanti Houses

We needed somewhere for my dad to rest between his morning surgery and a 4pm doctor appointment, and this place was so accommodating. We arranged it at the last minute, from 8am to 3pm. Hotels wanted to charge us for two nights, but this was reasonably priced. Thanks for making it work.

The hosts kept us informed at every step, and there was plenty of off-street parking. We felt safe in the neighborhood, which matters when we're in an unfamiliar city. We originally only wanted somewhere to sleep, but The Avanti House became a memorable part of the trip. The room and beds were comfortable, the shared areas had charm, and the shower had a good spray with lots of hot water. Wi-Fi was reliable and outlets were handy for charging phones. We'd happily stay again. Thanks!

I booked a room for that night at around 10pm, but car trouble kept me from getting there. My wife and newborn were with me. I called the woman at 8 the next morning to ask for my $144.80 back, but she refused the refund even though I never made it to the hotel.

What a refreshing taste, clear and crisp water that gives my day a lift. The service behind it is top-notch, too.
