Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Somerset

I spent nearly five months here and moved from basic member to Titanium elite during that time. For a three-star hotel, it has the qualities of a four-star place. The front desk team on both day and night shifts were great, as were housekeeping, maintenance, and kitchen staff. Shout out to Marco, Anthony, Deisy, Justin, Claude, and the other team members I got to know through long conversations. I had an amazing time!

Claude and Daisy made sure check-in went smoothly and that I was comfortable throughout the stay. They were friendly, professional, and ready to help with questions or issues. The rest of the staff were just as pleasant and attentive, and the service really stood out. The room was modern, clean, nice, and comfortable, with what I needed to relax. Breakfast was fresh and satisfying, with a solid range of options. We had a wonderful stay at the Fairfield by Marriott on Davidson in New Jersey, from arrival to the end. I'd gladly come back and recommend this Fairfield Marriott to anyone visiting the area.

The evening desk attendant, Marco, was helpful, and the bedroom was larger than in most Fairfield's I've stayed at. There are several hotels along Davidson ave Somerset to suit different budgets. I gave four stars because the bathroom felt cramped, with the shower door closing close to the toilet seat. Breakfast was the usual, which was just okay, though I did have biscuits and gravy at the Virginia location. Housekeeping vacuuming the hallway at 7:30am was a turnoff.

This hotel is handy for route 287 and the businesses on Davidson Ave in Somerset. Parking was adequate, and the lobby had comfortable seating. There's a complimentary warm breakfast, a gym, and roomy rooms with space to work, plus a fridge and couch. I added a day to my stay and will definitely come back.
