The hotel itself is decent and the rooms are clean, but I’d think twice before booking it as a wedding venue. We were told yes to all our requests while planning, though the coordinators seemed somewhat disorganized. We went ahead hoping the day would work out. Then the day before and on the wedding day, we got no after no and apologies. It felt like a betrayal. The worst part was that the servers wouldn’t serve champagne for the toast or the wedding cake. They left everything aside and expected guests to get up and fetch it. We weren’t given a reason for this disservice. It was unwarranted, disgusting, deeply unprofessional, and so stressful and sad to experience on our wedding day. Staff also walked off with pieces of our cake after refusing to serve it to guests. When we told management, they acted like nothing was wrong. They eventually refunded part of our fees after we asked, with a meaningless apology, but a ruined wedding day can’t be redone. Save yourself the trouble and have your wedding somewhere else.

Maria at the front desk made check-in easy and was really helpful. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the hotel is super close to the airport, which is handy. The TV remote was missing from our room, my only complaint. We had a really nice stay at the Delta Burlington Hotel.

The rooms are a decent size, neither big nor small, and they were clean and well maintained. I felt safe staying there and parking. Downtown and most places you’d want to visit are about 5-7 minutes away by car. There are several restaurants within walking distance, and Starbucks is across the road if you want coffee. Nice hotel in a good location.

The location is great for getting to the airport, and the room was clean. The staff were friendly too. Really nice hotel, and I’d definitely stay here again.

Great location, but the service was poor. I stayed two nights and found multiple stains on the pillow covers. I asked for clean pillows, but it took them half a day to bring any. I won’t be back.
