We had a wonderful stay. The staff were very nice, the place was clean, and the beds were super comfortable. We couldn’t hear any outside noise. Highly recommend.

I stay here often, even though the shower and plumbing have been having problems for a while. On Saturday night, I left my vintage Geneve solid 14k and 6 diamond, double rope watch on top of the toilet tank. I came back an hour later and asked the cleaning lady, then the front office. Both said no. I’ve had this watch for over 15 years, and I know when someone is lying. I’m truly disappointed in the employees’ honesty. I know this hasn’t been the first time customers have left things behind. Karma is a b**ch.

The location is convenient, right near the border of South Houston and Pasadena. The rooms were updated after the flooding during Hurricane Harvey, with new bedding and laminate wood floors, and they were very clean. Even the smoking rooms don’t have the smell you might expect. The nightly price has gone up, but for a nice room in this location, it’s worth it.

I tried to rent a single room, and the woman there looked me in the eye and said they didn’t have any. About an hour later I called, and the same woman answered and said they did have singles. This place doesn’t like Black people. I’ll never stay where I’m not wanted, and I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re Black.
