Rodeway Inn South Houston

Quiet little inn, and really affordable. The Wi-Fi was stable and fast, too.

The room was clean, the bed was nice, the internet decent, and the parking felt safe. Both the young woman at checkout and the gentleman were very nice. Thanks. They should try to control the barking dogs, probably belonging to someone in another room who wasn’t treating them well. I’ll come back.

I stayed here for a couple of months and found the rates more than reasonable for what you get. Management was polite without being intrusive, and two delightful, hardworking, professional housekeepers kept the rooms clean. They were free of insects, the noise stayed relatively low, and the rooms seemed well maintained, with nothing looking run down. For this price range, the place also doesn’t give off the sleazy feel many others do.

I had a great stay here. The front desk staff and housekeepers were polite, kind, and helpful whenever they spoke with me at my door. Check-out is at noon instead of 11 a.m., and the bathroom amenities were great. Breakfast was awesome: you order what you want, and they make it for you. I needed a ride to another hotel, and they gave me a free shuttle. I highly recommend this hotel for its quality. Ten thumbs up.
