The place was reasonably priced, but it really wasn’t clean. There were smudges and trash in the hallways, the room was small, and the sheets were stained. The floor didn’t feel comfortable to walk on barefoot, the toilet was stained, and the bathroom was dirty. There was also an unpleasant smell in the room. I’d only come back if my budget were extremely tight and I had nowhere else to stay. I wouldn’t recommend it unless you’re looking for a very cheap place.

We arrived after dealing with a flat tire and needed somewhere to stay, but the moment we walked in we had doubts. Our first key card didn’t work, the hallways smelled and had stains, and even though the door was locked, it didn’t close securely. When we went to the desk, they gave us a key to a different room. That room had water damage on the walls, a warped window sill, filthy bed and pillows, paint splotches everywhere, a fallen smoke alarm, and a broken baseboard. We demanded our money back, told them it was a health code violation, and left. This place deserves negative numbers. Don’t stay here, or even go in. Sleeping in your car in a Walmart parking lot would be cleaner and safer.

We stayed one night with my wife and kids and left as fast as we could the next morning. The floor was wet and sticky, the room was dirty, and the elevators had dirt and water in them. Smoke and weed smells were everywhere, including the lobby, reception, and what they call a non-smoking room. The room was musty, and the staff were no help. We asked the night-shift worker for extra blankets and a glass or bowl to heat milk for the kids. He spoke limited English, kept saying he couldn’t do anything because he was only the night person, and said he couldn’t leave the desk or access other parts of the property. Arguing with him was pointless. At check-in, an employee promised all the towels and other supplies we needed would be available when we came back, since the laundry had nothing at the time. But when we returned at 11pm, the night worker said he couldn’t help, cursed, and blamed the afternoon employee for making false promises. There was also a notice saying that after 5pm they wouldn’t provide towels, toilet paper, or other items because there was no housekeeping staff after that time. I don’t understand why they operate this way. They didn’t even have tap water. During Covid, they still weren’t maintaining cleanliness and hygiene. This is not a place to choose for a family. It felt completely unprofessional, and I wouldn’t recommend this dirty, smelly, messy place to anyone.

I couldn’t even make it through one night. The halls and rooms were filthy, with stains all over, and the rooms smelled like mold. Some rooms apparently don’t even have a garbage can, and we had no towels, iron, ironing board, or toiletries, just basic necessities. The appliances and furniture were outdated and broken. Our door wouldn’t close all the way, which made me worry about safety. This is the worst hotel I’ve ever been in. Do not stay here.
