The only real issue in the room was that the freezer couldn't keep anything frozen, so don't bring ice cream expecting to enjoy it later, it'll be soup. Otherwise, the room was clean and neat, with plenty of towels and complimentary soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Check-in and checkout were both quick and easy, there was plenty of parking, and they accommodated my last-minute request to add a day. I'd definitely recommend the place. Calling was a little odd, though. They answered just “hello?” instead of the usual “Hello, Inn by The SFO,” which made me wonder if I had called the right number.

The woman at the lobby was very rude. I'd already paid for the stay through booking, but when I arrived she said it wasn't paid and wanted to charge me again. I showed proof of payment, and she kept insisting that on her end it wasn't paid, with an attitude. When I pulled up the receipt showing the charge had come out of my bank, she left me talking and went back into her office. I called booking and asked them to contact the hotel. After they confirmed I'd paid, a man in the lobby laughed when I explained how she'd treated me and said, “Oh, she's my wife. She does not know!” The rooms smell, and the jacuzzi in the room I got was so nasty I couldn't enjoy it. This is the worst hotel ever. I'll NEVER COME BACK EVER AGAIN. DON'T STAY HERE.

The room was full of problems. The TV, bathroom fan, Wi-Fi and hair dryer were broken, there was no shower liner or grab bar, and the AC smelled musty. I also found spider traps behind the sofa and wasn’t sure the bedding was clean. The window opens, which felt unsafe if you forget to close it. I won’t stay here again. Definitely not worth it.

The bed seemed clean, but the rest of the room raised hygiene concerns. There were carpet stains, a faint smell, and lots of dust on the shelves and lamps. The towels that were supposed to be new had small blood spots and hairs. No shampoo, body soap, toothpaste, toothbrush or slippers were provided. The bus stop is about a five-minute walk away, and the room came to $90 after fees. Still, this inn did nothing to make me comfortable and would probably add stress for anyone concerned about hygiene. Next time I’d spend another $30-40 on one of the many better hotels along the street.
