We came for a birthday trip and liked the location, with easy access to the nearby highway. The airport made no noise that we could hear, and the room had everything we needed. One outlet seemed pushed in, so my phone took a long time to charge. Breakfast had a great selection. We'd definitely come back and recommend it.

I arrived on December 31st hoping for a clean hotel, good service, and a nice breakfast to celebrate the new year. For almost $200 a night, the room was badly cleaned: ants were all over, there was a suspicious bag of pills, towels had vomit on them, and hair was scattered across the bed. They did move me to another room without hassle, which I appreciated, but I had to carry all my bags there myself at 11:50 p.m., just before the new year, and it dampened the celebration. At breakfast the next morning, 9:30 a.m., there were no waffles or omelette, though the stated hours were 7-10 a.m. The room was dirty, service was mediocre, and the nearby airport made it very loud. I don't recommend this hotel.

The one bright spot was Martha at the breakfast counter. She was kind, thorough, and happy to check allergen information for me. Everything else was unacceptable. The room smelled of cigarettes and mold. When we asked to move, they gave us a key to an already occupied room, and we walked in on people in their private space. During breakfast, drills screeched nonstop from lobby renovations. The front desk staff barely responded when I asked for ten quiet minutes. A manager said the crew had already been asked to wait, but the drilling started again as I walked away. Parking was very expensive, and they hadn't told us the cost when we booked, leaving us feeling stuck with the charge.

The rooms were spacious and well equipped, better than many similar hotels, and the lobby and room looked clean. But my family found bed bugs in Room 216 during our stay in Sept 2025. My parents had already slept there before noticing bugs crawling on them beneath the sheets. It was distressing and unacceptable. At the front desk, staff seemed dismissive, with no apology or recognition of the discomfort and distress. They asked, “Do you want a new room?” instead of offering one. Since it was late, we had little choice but to move. After that experience, my family slept poorly and stayed exhausted and unsettled for the rest of the visit. No one checked in at checkout or acknowledged the cleanliness and hospitality problem, and I still paid full price. I hope the hotel addresses the pest problem and how staff respond to complaints. My stay was in Sept, and recent reviews also mention bugs, so it seems the hotel has no interest in making changes. If you can avoid this place, book elsewhere, even if it costs a bit more. Finding bugs in the room and bed isn't worth the trauma.
