I arrived late, around 1 or 2 o’clock, after coming to cover the Super Bowl, and the owner was very nice to me. The room was very clean and everything was in good working order, including the comfortable bed, TV, and refrigerator. It was easy to pull right up and see where my room was. Nearby, there are two Mexican restaurants across the street, a supermarket, a couple of fast food places within walking distance, and a Costco. I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely come back.

The room was low quality, though it seemed clean to me. The location was good, and the person at the front desk was awesome, very respectful and helpful. That room was the reason I gave it four stars.

Avoid this place. The front desk manager was incredibly rude and tried to haggle me for more money. I’d absolutely regret staying here. It feels like a scam.

The guy at the front was respectful and didn’t judge me. Still, avoid ROYAL INN at all cost. The people there are disgusting and rude. Travelers seems “older,” but it’s cleaner and they actually like people. Royal is three stories, full of roaches and an ugly attitude.

I paid about $100 a night for two nights, and everything worked well. The room was a bit small, but I had no issues, and parking was no problem. It’s about a 10 minute walk to the BART station, and I’d definitely stay again. These pictures are from checkout, so excuse the mess.
