Best Western Plus Sparks-Reno Hotel

Debrah and Kam made me feel right at home, honestly like a star. The rooms are cozy and clean, the hot water is nice, and there’s a big TV for watching sports. They even offer rides or pickups within a 3-mile radius. Best hotel in RENO!!!! I’ll keep coming back. Thank you 🙏 Debrah, Kam, and the staff, I won’t forget this. Do NOT stay anywhere else in Reno!!!!

Ms. Debra and Ms. Maddie made my whole stay better. They welcomed me like family, were kind and helpful, and always had a smile. Check-in was easy, and they were quick to help whenever I needed something. The hotel is lucky to have them!

The beds were good, the room was clean, and the staff were so friendly. I’d left my jewelry on the dresser and came back for it today. The elevators weren’t working, but we were on the 9th floor and a staff member from that floor brought it down to me. That was the BEST service EVER. We WILL be back!

The restrooms were nice, and they let me use them during a long road trip. I’d forgotten my 5lb weights for shoulder physical therapy, so I asked if I could use the fitness room for a minute or less to do one quick set of reps before we continued driving. They said absolutely not unless I paid for a room. I understand there may be reasons for that, but I was still surprised. Whoever was there clearly hasn’t dealt with an injury where sticking with physical therapy matters for healing. It was my fault for forgetting the weights, but this has put Best Western at the bottom of my list when I choose hotels. I haven’t ruled them out completely because I understand there could be several reasons they said no, but they’re definitely at the bottom now.
