The service was wonderful throughout, including the parking. When we needed anything, housekeeping brought it right away and called back to check that we had everything. Adriana was so kind when she helped us check in, and made sure we had a comfortable room for us and our dog. Claire also helped us with everything we needed at checkout. We had a great stay and will definitely come back.

The bed was comfortable, and the drapes made the room nice and dark for sleeping. I also liked the lobby, with lots of seating and decor, and the digital key worked, which hasn't been the case at many Marriotts I've stayed in. I arrived several hours early on a Friday for an executive suite, checked in, got a burger at urban farmer, then spent time at the pool. I thought there might be robes for guests like at the four seasons, but there weren't. The pool wasn't as nice as the photos, though it was warm in winter. The room was big, but it didn't feel luxurious, just like a large hotel room with bland furniture and ordinary light fixtures. Vents and other spots were covered in dust and old grime. For what I paid, there weren't the little extras or amenities I expected in an executive suite. I upgraded to treat myself, but unless I mainly wanted room to do cartwheels, a standard room would've been enough. My friend called the logan "meh. not worth the price." I should've listened.

We enjoyed our two night couples getaway overall, and I'd return for the fabulous food at Urban Farmer, especially the brunch dishes, creative cocktails, and outstanding steak. The staff were friendly, though service was missing that extra spark. The room was clean and comfortable, but oddly sparsely furnished for a corner suite with a fountain view. I expected a small place to dine, maybe a coffee table, and at least two chairs in the seating area. There were a few small misses. For two people, we found just one robe in the closet. We asked for another robe and two blankets, since there were none in the room, but the gentleman brought only one blanket. On our first room service order, they brought a dining cart and silverware for four but only one packet of salt and pepper. The second time, there was no dining cart, awkward with no dining table in the room, and silverware for only one. Nothing major went wrong, but those details kept the stay from feeling like five stars.

Our room had a nice view, and the hotel is centrally located with amenities like a spa, pool, and valet service. The front desk team during registration was pleasant and very competent. But there was a lot of dust in the room. Staff on our first night promised to move us, then later said the hotel was fully booked. I had to complain at reception four times before they offered any compensation. For the level of service, the hotel is very expensive.
