We picked this hotel at the last minute for one night before flying out of Reno, and would stay again. Georgenia (spelling?) was fantastic at breakfast, friendly and hardworking, and the breakfast was excellent. We got a free upgrade from the cheapest King room to a spacious, clean room with a bedroom and a separate open area with a sofa, table, TV, and working desk. My only suggestion is more lighting around the whole parking lot, since the area feels a bit industrial. We had a view of the freeway from the window at the end of the hall and could see the industrial setting at the front of the hotel. We also zoomed in on a beautiful mountain in the distance.

We got a lot of space and the room was pretty nice, good value for the area. The bed was so soft and had no support in the middle, though. I’d have slept better on a firmer mattress. We were very happy overall!

The bed was super comfortable, and everything’s been clean every time I’ve stayed. The staff are friendly and went above and beyond to make my night around the baseball game chill. I got the upgraded WiFi, and my online games ran smoothly. It’s close to everywhere I need to be, which is nice. I try to stay here whenever they have availability.

We had plenty of space for two people in separate beds, and the room was really comfortable. The employees who helped us were friendly, and the service was good even late at night. Breakfast was a nice extra. The hotel’s in an ideal spot in Reno, in a good area just off I-80 and away from downtown.

I’ve stayed here 4-5 times, but our last booking on Aug 9 was a problem. We paid $391 for a more expensive room because our 22 yr grandson was going to come with us. Then my daughter needed emergency surgery at UCLA, and we picked up our grandson and drove the other way, worried we might be seeing her for the last time. I called the hotel 3-4 times in the days before the reservation trying to get help, but the staff weren’t interested. When we got home, I asked for a refund or a credit for a future stay, and they said NO. Our family spent 2 weeks in hell, worrying whether our daughter would make it. Thank God she survived, but her recovery will take at least 3 months. We’re so disappointed by how they treated us. They showed no compassion for their customers.
