The staff were friendly, but the hotel was filthy and so old it needs a full renovation. For what the room costs, it’s terrible value. Being old doesn’t mean it has to be dirty. I’d challenge the corporate managers to spend a night here with their own family. This is about the people who own and operate the property, not the staff. I’m very unlikely to stay at a BW property again. I expect management will reply with a generic apology for not exceeding my expectations. The reality is they didn’t meet even my most basic expectations. Save the excuses and do something about it.

Breakfast had a good selection, including hot food, waffles, biscuits and gravy, cold cereal, and a coffee machine. My room was clean, the lobby was comfortable and clean, and the staff were personable and very helpful. I’d stay again if I’m traveling in the area.

I came here in the middle of the night with my baby because of some personal things that had happened. Check-in was quick and easy, and the staff were so kind. The room was clean, and I felt comfortable staying here alone with my baby. I’d definitely come back if I needed to.

The espresso machine won me over, and breakfast was good. The hotel was also convenient for me, with easy access and parking. It’s very close to the highway, but traffic noise doesn’t bother me. If it bothers you, I’d ask for a room facing away from the highway.
