I arrived exhausted after traveling for a funeral, and left without staying because I was uncomfortable and afraid the manager might retaliate. The shower had holes, all the bedding was stained, and both the furniture and bedding had holes. I was told housekeeping was off for the weekend. A guest in the adjoining room was complaining about bugs. I told the manager I didn’t feel comfortable staying and asked for a refund, and he screamed at me, called me greedy, and refused. I’d already paid, but still left and stayed at the Reston Inn. Do not book here!

A cockroach was on the table as soon as we checked into Room 225. I called the front desk, and he offered to move us, but we weren’t comfortable with that. I went down, showed him the roach, and asked for a refund. He said he’d give one. They know about this!

We spent one night here, then moved next door, which was much better. The rooms were clean, but dated, and breakfast isn’t offered anymore even though Google says it is. The lobby smelled awful when we arrived, and our first reaction was that booking here had been a mistake. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

If you need quiet and decent internet, don’t come here. The room was clean, but dark and outdated, and there was construction going on constantly. Other guests were making a racket and throwing Modello bottles. My biggest problem was the internet. I was trying to get some last-minute work orders done, but the connection was unsecured and kept resetting every three minutes, so I couldn’t get anything done. Parking was bad too. I was told breakfast starts at 7, and I’ll update tomorrow on how bad it was, probably as bad as the noise and internet. Go to a Hilton, or at least a Best Western or IHG motel.
