Hampton Inn & Suites Spokane Valley

I'm from Iraq, and this is one of the loveliest places I've stayed during my travels abroad. The building is beautiful, and the people are extremely professional and helpful. They serve delicious local dishes that are hard to compare with anything else. It was a lovely trip, and the place made it even better. We'll come back in the days ahead.

The property is kept up so well that, even though it was finished over a month ago, it still looks brand new. The rooms are roomy, breakfast is good, and the staff are great all around. Everyone was pleasant and attentive. It's also super convenient. Road noise was loud on my first night, then almost gone the second night. Maybe Memorial Day traffic had something to do with it.

The room is huge, beautiful, and spotless. Ashley clearly took care with all the little details. I usually skip hotel tubs, but this one was so clean I used it without hesitation. Parking was easy, and there are a gym, pool, and laundry. The bed was dreamy, medium firm, and the pillows were so soft they felt like a cat's fluffy tummy. Just missing the purring. If I lived nearby, I'd come for a staycation. I'm about 500 miles from home, and already this has changed how I think about hotels. The welcome started at the desk: Jayden and the team were warm and professional, and made me feel like they were happy I was there. I hadn't realized how much a good check-in mattered to me until this one put me at ease. I'm grateful for the care the team put into making the place feel safe, bright, open, and like an escape.

The staff are friendly and the service is outstanding. The rooms feel fresh and updated, and the TVs are great. What really stood out was hearing the team talk so warmly about their general manager, Bernadette. It sounds like hospitality really matters to her, and that she encourages staff to care for both the place and its guests. It was lovely to be welcomed by such an upbeat, close-knit team who enjoy working there.
