I wouldn’t recommend staying here. The bed was so uncomfortable a cardboard box might’ve been better, and there were bugs in the room. After moving from a marijuana-smelling room to one that smelled of cigarettes, I was assigned a third room that had been double-booked. Someone tried to come in during the night.

The location and staff both deserve five stars, and it’s a great spot for a hotel. I’d give the rooms four, though, since they need updating. The internet also wasn’t high speed like they advertised.

The breakfast was the best free one I’ve had at a hotel, with an automatic pancake maker, biscuits and gravy, plus the usual juices and coffee. The beds were comfortable too, and the fitness room was very good for a hotel. I’ll definitely stay here again next time I’m in Springhill.

Hotels are so expensive, but this was a pleasant stay. The woman at the front desk was really nice, and there’s a great little place to eat next door. I got to breakfast late, but she kindly brought the food back out so I could eat.

We come here regularly, and the staff is fantastic. The manager always goes out of her way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. She remembers our earlier visits and family stories, and makes us feel like part of her family.
