Super 8 Malvern

The front desk woman was sweet and amazing. I was a mess, I guess, and she still gave me the best service. The room was very clean and had everything I needed. I know where to come next time, and hope anyone needing a good night’s rest stops by the Super 8 in Malvern Arkansas. Have a blessed day!

I’ve stayed here lots of times without trouble, but this was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. During an ice storm they put me in a room with no heat. They wanted me to wait while maintenance found an unused room, took the heater off that wall, removed ours, and installed it in our room, even though I needed to sleep before 12-hour night shifts. Then they offered the loudest space heater I’ve ever heard. I was told there were no other rooms, but suddenly one became available. I paid for another night and checked with the front desk ten times that I could leave in the evening for an extra $25. They agreed, but at 11:30 am, during my seventh 12-hour night shift in a row, I was woken and threatened with being kicked out. I’d already said I was happy to pay the late checkout fee. I’ve never had to complain about a hotel before. This was horrible. Never again.

Caroline at the front desk was amazing and so helpful. Our family with two kids just needed somewhere to sleep, and this was perfect. The bed was incredibly comfortable. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it.

My wife and I stayed one night at the Super 8 hotel in Malvern Arkansas in March 2026 while traveling, and picking it was a good decision. Our room was clean and smelled great, everything worked, and the TV had more movies and shows than the hotel I’m staying at now. The staff were pleasant and had a “whatever you need, we will provide it” attitude. I parked in the “Reserved for Veterans” spot. The breakfast area was clean, organized, and fully stocked. In the morning, staff greeted us warmly and enthusiastically with a good morning. We slept soundly and felt we got good value for the money.
