I was impressed by how personally Nicolas handled things. After I checked out, I called because I thought I’d left something in the room. He put me on hold and went to look himself. When he didn’t find it, he said he’d check with housekeeping the next day in case anyone had turned it in, and made sure my contact details were still right. Earlier, he’d also come outside and offered to carry in my large bags, even though he seemed to be the only staff member there. I really appreciated his attentiveness, sympathy, and willingness to help.

Nicolas was a real help when I needed to extend my reservation at the last minute during a busy period. The hotel seemed full, but he found a way to keep me accommodated. He was extremely friendly throughout my stay. Five stars for his customer service!

The rooms are spacious, and it was nice being able to order food cooked right there at the hotel. The restaurant staff were very nice too. Nicholas gave us a friendly, helpful, and extremely professional welcome, which really added to the stay.
