Kevin deserves a special thank you. He goes above and beyond every time I stay, making things feel personal, smooth, and stress free. His effort doesn’t go unnoticed. I come here often, and the clean, comfortable, welcoming property keeps bringing me back. More than anything, the staff make the experience. Every team member has treated me with kindness, professionalism, and real care, and I’ve never had a negative interaction. It’s rare to feel valued by everyone you meet. Highly recommend!

Kevin was attentive and helpful, and Janitza was wonderful each morning in the kitchen. She was friendly, attentive, and so hospitable. The service we received was really good, and that’s what sets this place apart for me. The hotel is conveniently located, clean, and has plenty of amenities. Breakfast was simple but more than adequate.

I’ve stayed here three times now and plan to use my Hilton points here when I visit Houston. I prefer the rooms above the first floor because, in my opinion, the showers are nicer there. The front desk staff are pleasant, respectful, and accommodating. They keep breakfast stocked in the morning, and the pool is a comfortable temperature. The staff are so nice!

Our room was great, breakfast was wonderful, and the location worked well for our stay. It was my first time here, and the staff greeted us with a smile and were courteous every time we interacted with them. It was nice seeing friendly faces throughout the day.

The hotel worked well as my base for meetings all week, with useful fitness and office facilities, breakfast and coffee, and a restful stay. Kevin was especially hospitable, Vanessa(?) at the front desk was kind, and housekeeper Amanda was respectful and accommodating during my multi-day visit. I’m in The Woodlands for work nearly every quarter and have stayed at this Hampton several times over the years. This trip, the hotel was noticeably excellent in every respect. I’ll make sure to schedule my next visit here.
