I've stayed at this Spring Homewood many times over the years, and the team here has kept things consistent: clean rooms, friendly staff, easy check-in and checkout, comfortable beds and couches, and a nice overall feel. I also appreciate the evening reception, hot breakfast, and easy access. I've met several people from management during my visits, and to me that consistency says the place is run well. I travel between Houston and Dallas for work a lot more now and have been looking for my regular spot in Dallas. After my latest visit this past weekend, I realized this location has set my expectations. There are two Homewoods nearby, so make sure you choose this one. I haven't tried the other one, but after comparing this stay with other hotels I've been in, I don't feel like looking elsewhere. I'm not a fancy person and don't need a luxury hotel, but this place checks all my boxes. I heard they're about to remodel, and I'm curious to see how it turns out. I can't imagine how it could be better, but I bet the management and team will knock it out of the park. Thanks to everyone at this Homewood for reminding me what I like about the brand.

The hot breakfast had lots of variety and was great quality, and the hotel was so quiet that it was easy to relax. Our room was spotless, spacious, and felt really luxurious, with a full kitchen that was well maintained. We loved our stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommend!

I had a suite, and the kitchen, bathroom, and rooms were all excellent. There were plenty of fresh white towels, breakfast was free, and it wasn't noisy. The whole building was very clean, and the airy entrance was nicely lit and decorated. The desk attendants were friendly and helpful. They currently clean rooms every other day. I'd personally prefer daily housekeeping. It's a great place for a price that won't break the bank.

There are plenty of amenities nearby, plus a fitness center, free parking, and a good breakfast. The staff were friendly, the place was clean, and the location was convenient. What more could you ask for?

We spent a week at the Homewood Suites by Hilton North Houston/Spring, and my family and I really enjoyed it. Our 1 King studio suite was clean, comfortable, and had what we needed for a relaxing visit. The staff were welcoming, and the hotel seemed well maintained throughout. The bathroom was a little small, but it didn't spoil the experience. A comfortable and convenient option for families or anyone staying in the area.
