Getting around was easy thanks to the location and quick freeway access. The front desk team were warm and helpful, and the bartender made the evening especially enjoyable. Great stay in NW Arkansas. I’d come back, though I wish I’d asked the staff for their names.

I’ve stayed here before and have been happy with every part of it. What really stood out this time was Chris at the evening front desk. He’s been clear, considerate, and incredibly helpful while I’ve struggled for days to get a refund through a third party booking company. I followed their policies and instructions, but the process has been awful. The property’s help has been incredible, and Chris has gone above and beyond. Thank you for all you’ve done! 💜

Traffic made getting out of the parking lot onto the main road a real hassle whenever I tried to go anywhere. The location itself is good, but be prepared to wait. I was there for a class, and the hotel and room were immaculate. The shower was very comfortable, though its door slid open unless I checked that it was fully shut. After my long showers, water had dripped all the way to the outside door. Short showers might not cause as much trouble.

UPDATE: Thanks for explaining. When I booked, I didn’t realize I was going through a third party and thought I was booking direct. I can assure you that won’t happen again, and I can also assure you I’ll come back because this is a good motel. Just one small request, please clean the outside of the windows. At first, I was pretty bothered by how the $30 cancellation fee was slipped in. It felt shady, so I asked for the $30 back once I saw what had happened, and it was refunded. I’d planned to meet a friend coming from Michigan for Thanksgiving, but unforeseen circumstances forced him to cancel. Then I found out that because I hadn’t paid an extra $30, there was no chance of getting any kind of refund. I’ve stayed here before and really liked the hotel, but I was afraid I’d never return.
