Extended Stay America Select Suites Fayetteville Springdale

We stayed two nights, and nobody came to clean the room or bring fresh towels. We only got two big towels and two small ones. There were too many dogs on the premises, and the hallways smelled of weed. The booking and room situation was a mess from the start. I reserved online, but when I arrived they said they don’t accept online reservations, so I paid for another two nights. They told me to contact booking.com for a refund, which was fine. Then I went upstairs and found the room was dirty, so after I was already frustrated I had to switch rooms. I called booking, but they said the hotel had to cancel. I went back downstairs, but the desk was closed, so I waited until the afternoon to return. I called booking again because they wanted proof I’d paid again and I hadn’t been given a receipt. I got one later, thanks to Nicole. The previous person still had us booked in the first room, so when I tried to cancel they were only willing to refund one night, as though we’d stayed in that room even though we hadn’t. When I asked why it was only half, he acted like he didn’t know. I WILL NEVER STAY AT ANOTHER EXTENDED STAY, AND DEFINITELY NOT THIS ONE.

Scott, the general manager, Nicole the assistant manager, and Christopher at the front desk were all kind, understanding, and super chill. They were always helpful when I needed something, and made the stay feel comfortable and welcoming. I had a great experience at the Extended Stay America Select Suites – Fayetteville–Springdale thanks to the amazing staff!

The bed was extremely uncomfortable, and the sheets felt like sandpaper. I was in the shower when the maid banged on the door at 10:30 am. Check-out is 11am. EXTREMELY IRRITATED!! I paid $87 a night, so I’m staying the entire time. At least wait until 11 to call, then knock at 11!!! They also have " reserved" parking for the police right next to the front door. Someone is doing something to have popo parking that close.

Nicole at the front desk is amazing, always friendly, available when I need something, very helpful, and knowledgeable about her job. I’ve had a great experience at Extended Stay America, Springdale, and those are some of the reasons I stay here. I’m looking forward to coming back because Nicole and the rest of the staff are awesome. Scott is an amazing Manager, too. Thanks again.
