The rooms were clean and spacious, and the bed and sheets were comfortable. I especially liked the heating light in the bathroom. The pool looked large, clean, and well maintained, and there’s a fitness center with some dumbbells and a treadmill. Breakfast was great and the staff were kind. My partner and I came for a weekend of skiing at okemo, about 30 minutes away, and we weren’t disappointed. We had an amazing stay and will definitely be back.

Emily made a lovely first impression at check-in, she was especially friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the hotel felt pleasant and welcoming. We enjoyed breakfast too. If you’re skiing in Okemo, it’s a nice place to stay, about a 30-minute drive away. I’d definitely recommend it.

Faye stands out as the most professional, welcoming, and informative staff member I’ve met during all those stays. The rest of the team at the best western in Springfield have also been warm and welcoming, exactly what you want as a traveler.
