We gave it a shot for one night, and that night was a nightmare. Checking in took a while because none of the workers spoke English. In the bathroom, there was mold running down the walls. We didn't see any bugs, at least. The fire alarm went off because a few people in the hallway were smoking cigarettes and weed. Classy. Checking out also took a few tries because of the language barrier. We have tried to get our money back. Do not recommend.

After a day of more than 500 miles, this was a welcoming spot to spend the night. The room was immaculate, and the bed was very comfortable. We'd definitely return to this specific Comfort Inn.

The beds were nice, but the pool was closed and the hair dryer didn't work. The heater creaked loudly all night, and a lot of the regular outlets didn't work properly. Most of the USB outlets were broken too, so my phone and hearing aids never fully charged. I couldn't use them for a good part of the next day. Disappointing on several fronts.

The location isn't in a good part of town, and the place felt comparable to a motel. Guests gathered in the lobby drinking alcohol. The desk staff didn't understand English well. My room was filthy: the bathroom hadn't been cleaned, the sheets hadn't been changed, and the pillows and bedding smelled like previous guests who hadn't bathed. If you were concerned about my stay, you would've addressed the problems or offered a refund.

The pool was pleasantly warm, and check-in was ready to go. My room needed a bit more attention to cleanliness and upkeep, though, and the phone in it didn’t work.
