We left right away after the woman at the counter answered my polite question about breakfast with a rude, “Whatever you see there.” The included breakfast was just apples and waffles, and I'd expected at least scrambled eggs. The room carpet smelled like someone had peed on it, too. Unfortunately, it was a bad experience, and I do not recommend this place.

My husband stayed here on a work trip and said it was the worst hotel he'd ever been in. Although he'd requested daily housekeeping, he came back from work each time to find the bed untouched, the towels gone, and no bath soap. Staff were extremely rude. His key kept getting deactivated, even though he carried it in an RFID wallet, so it definitely wasn't his fault. I can't stress enough that people should avoid this particular hotel and chain.

The rooms were really nice and clean, and had nice TVs. Breakfast came with waffles and coffee. The hotel is great for the price, and the management team was kind and courteous. Highly recommend.

We paid less than $300 for three rooms for my family, so the price was decent. It's kid-friendly, which isn't something you find at many hotels, and the front desk staff are super nice. I've rented rooms here many times without ever seeing bugs or having an issue. The rooms and bedding were clean, and all the TVs, fridges, and microwaves in the three rooms we rented today worked. The pool was clean, and we even saw them putting something in it early this morning. The staff are really sweet if you take the time to talk with them. We'll definitely come back.
