I depend on getting a proper night's sleep because I drive cross country for work, and I won't stay here again. In room 408, the AC mounted high on an inside wall began dripping onto a picture frame, which sent water spraying all over the bed all night. The unit clearly wasn't draining properly. I love IHG and am a platinum member, but the maintenance here isn't up to par. Management should know about this. You've been warned.

The breakfast stayed the same all three mornings, but it was hot, fresh, and plentiful, and the breakfast staff were especially friendly and attentive. We found the hotel and room clean, and the staff in general were nice. It's right by the highway, which made getting around convenient, but we couldn't hear the traffic. We felt safe coming back at night and enjoyed the weekend. I'd stay again.

The main drawback was the stale smoke smell mixed with fragrance, especially in the lobby and elevators. Our second-floor double queen room also didn't seem to ventilate as well as other Holiday inns we've stayed at. There wasn't an obvious fan, so swimsuits took longer to dry and showers left it a bit humid. We didn't see or smell mold. The pool was clean, though colder than others, and there's no hot tub. Breakfast is complimentary. The place was clean, no bugs, and easy to get in and out of. We'd stay again. Thanks, guys!

Lenora is a polite, efficient manager who goes out of her way to help and make the stay comfortable. My wife and I have been here several times and are already looking forward to coming back. Patty & Dionne in the kitchen also deserve a mention. They make the oatmeal just right and are friendly whenever you speak with them.

McKenzie at the front desk handled our room problem quickly and professionally, and moved us to an upgraded room. The air in our original room wasn't working well, and the TV was out because a previous guest had pulled out a cord that had fallen behind the cabinetry. We had a good stay. Thank you.
