DoubleTree by Hilton Springfield

The room was spotless and comfortable, with plenty of outlets and USB ports so charging all my devices was easy. Dinner at the on-site bar and grill was great, with friendly service. Breakfast is served in the adjoining restaurant as a generous buffet, including an omelet station where they make them to order. The food was tasty and the staff attentive. There were TVs showing the news, although I could've done without CNN on both screens. It was a pleasant stay with great hospitality.

We stayed two nights recently and found the hotel clean, convenient, relatively new, and very nice. We slept well and were comfortable, and I'd certainly stay again. Houlihan's is at one corner of the property and connects to the hotel indoors. It has a full bar and a good menu, with options suited to a hotel with meeting or ballroom facilities.

As a traveling RN, I stay at this local hotel often. My room was clean and well maintained, but the housekeeping really stood out. Saucey was thorough, kind, and attentive, and is hands down my favorite housekeeper. I'd suggest staying on the 7th or 5th Floor for the BEST Rooms CLEANED by Her. It's rare to find someone who cares this much about making your stay better. Her attention to detail and warm attitude made me feel welcome, and she went above and beyond. I'll definitely be back. I highly recommend moving her to the front desk because they need that personality, while also keeping her on housekeeping some days too!

There’s lots of parking, and restaurants are close by. I liked the interior design, but the room itself felt dated and wasn’t very clean. The bed was only partly made, and most surfaces had streaks, like the room had been turned over in a hurry. Music from the lobby runs through the night and carries into some rooms. It bothered my coworker on the second floor, while I was fine on the fifth. I’ve stayed in better places and worse ones.
