We had a very nice breakfast, and the pool was warm and pleasant. Both of our two-queen suite rooms were clean and stocked, with hot water for showers. I called to change the reservation, and the staff were very helpful with it. We stayed one night at this Hampton Inn and would come back when we're in town.

The reason we keep coming back to Springfield is the staff. Their service and hospitality are the best I've seen, with every team member smiling, friendly, and welcoming. They seem to enjoy their jobs and appreciate their guests. The rooms are clean and well appointed, the beds are comfortable, and breakfast has a nice variety and tastes good.

The employees were really helpful, and Aaron was especially friendly and helpful. The breakfast employee working the weekend of 01/17-18/2026 worked incredibly hard and kept a smile on her face. Wonderful stay, with a great breakfast and everything very clean!

I was here on business for four days and was blown away by how friendly and welcoming everyone was. Every person I spoke with, guests included, was an absolute delight. I'm looking at you, Cathy!! Thanks for dinner. I'd absolutely come back.

I was booked for three nights, but I’m leaving early. The room smells musty, there’s mold in the bathroom, the tub won’t drain, and the elevator is VERY slow. This is one of the worst Hamptons I’ve ever seen. It’s also hard to trust the glowing reviews once you read them closely. Yucko!
