Vīb Best Western Springfield

Everyone at the hotel was great, and our room was amazing. They made sure we had what we needed when we arrived, and whenever we passed through the lobby, someone had something nice to say. We called the front desk so many times for local information, and they always knew the answer or looked it up. Can’t wait to stay again next year.

HyVee, small stores and several fast food places are all within walking distance. The hotel is clean, modern and very good. Breakfast is a complimentary buffet, and there’s a pod coffee machine in the room as well as a shared machine on the ground floor by the elevators. I’d stay here again when visiting Springfield, though I prefer the Roundtree area. Recommended.

The room and shared areas at the VIB Best Western in Springfield MO were very clean, and the hotel has its own style. It’s centrally located, not far from restaurants, gas and stores. Breakfast was good, I had French toast sticks, which were different. There’s also a restaurant inside, The Burger Bar, but it’s closed on Sundays, so I didn’t get to eat there. I’d definitely stay again.

Crystal made check-in easy, and everyone on staff was friendly and accommodating. My fiancée and I really liked the atmosphere and thought the price was reasonable. Our queen bed was comfortable, though the room itself felt a bit small and still had enough space for us. You can hear city traffic, which comes with being close to the center. Breakfast was better than at most hotels, and we’d happily come back soon.
