The front desk staff were very nice, the room was spacious, and breakfast was very good. But I stayed three nights, and the hotel needs an upgrade: the furniture was battered and the hallways looked worn out. There was dried food left on the cooking pans, the pans were filthy, and the Pyrex salad bowls were dirty too. We got just one small trash bin and no bags, though fortunately I’d packed some. The shower was so narrow that even at 5'7" and on the skinny side, I kept knocking my elbow on the walls. The TV stopped working on my third night. One plus was that there were no bedbugs. I wouldn’t consider staying here again. I usually pick a Towneplace Suites or a Springhill, Fairfield. This was my second stay at a Residence Inn, and both were dismal.

Great for a trip of several days. My room was roomy, with two bathrooms and a separate bedroom, though not every room is laid out that way. I’ve stayed in other room types here plenty of times, and they were spacious too. The place is clean and welcoming, and the staff are friendly. Excellent hotel.

We had enough space for our family and didn’t feel crowded. The kitchenette was really handy, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. A very clean, comfortable hotel. We’d definitely stay again if we come back to Springfield.

This time we had a room facing the freeway, the thermostat was still set to cool and the room had dropped to 51, and the alarm clock left by the previous guest went off at 6am. We’ve stayed here several times before without any problems, and always had a great rest and a great free breakfast. We’re chalking up this visit’s mishaps to the Thanksgiving rush. I still highly recommend the hotel.

The room was spacious with a nice layout, and it was easy to get to. We had a good stay and I’d come back. Breakfast was good with plenty of seating, even outside by the pool, though the setup made the flow a bit chaotic at times. I took off a star because housekeeping didn’t bring towels and washcloths after I called, and I hadn’t been told at check-in about the minimum $5 per night parking charge. Still, I recommend it.
