Oasis Bed and Breakfast

The care shows in all the little details, from the rooms and breakfast to the atmosphere and the conversations. Jeanne and David make you feel like family, and they're the most thoughtful hosts I've come across. We only wish we'd discovered the Oasis sooner. This was easily our best stay away from home.

I'd never tried a bed and breakfast before and felt a little unsure, but the owners welcomed us right away. They even invited us to a tailgate for the bills game, which was the reason for our stay. The room was comfortable and had great amenities, and breakfast the next morning was one of the best I've had. We had a wonderful time and will be back!

I was 1400 miles into a solo motorcycle trip when I found the Oasis, and it turned out to be the best night of the whole ride. Jean and Dave are warm, easygoing, and great to talk with. Their travels and memorabilia give the B&B a distinctive feel, with each room themed around a different country or region. I stayed in "Germany" and loved looking at the furnishings, art, and collectibles. The bed gave me the best night's sleep I've had in months. Breakfast was fit for a very pampered king: steak, eggs, fresh fruit, crumb cake, cranberry nut bread toast, juice, and coffee. I left smiling, full, and wishing I could have stayed a week. It's worth driving a hundred miles out of your way for a night here. A top notch experience I'll never forget.

We booked the Mexican room(s) for my birthday. They were playful and artistic, but also comfortable. The couch in the sitting room was surprisingly kind to my low back, and the bed made me want to stay put. There was plenty to enjoy, including breakfast outside, the nighttime jacuzzi, air conditioning, an old time Pacwoman machine, and all the art. Even checkout was easy, and we got a friendly greeting from the doggo. This place is my kind of place from top to bottom. My only complaint is that I didn't get to meet the cat 😿. I can see why The Oasis has all five star reviews. Thank you, Jeanne!
