The walls and doors aren’t as thick as you might think, so keep that in mind if you’re having intimate time with your partner. You probably don’t want the hallway hearing you. Aside from that, I highly recommend this place and would stay again. The people are super sweet and helpful. The host was wonderful. We were arriving after check-in time, and they gave us instructions and made sure we’d have a parking spot. The themed rooms each have their own character, and breakfast was absolutely delicious. You wake up to the smell of it throughout the house. The location is perfect: park the car and walk everywhere from this central spot, which is still quiet. It has a cozy atmosphere and amazing hospitality.

We loved the spacious Emerald room, especially the jet tub and walk-in shower with four showerheads. We celebrated our 10th wedding anniversary here this weekend, and it was our first bed-and-breakfast stay. They set the bar so high that we rebooked for 2027 before checking out. Christine was kind and thorough at check-in, walked us through everything, and offered welcome wine and afternoon cookies. The breakfasts were spectacular: sausage and Swiss frittata one day, artichoke quiche the next. Theresa was so kind when we saw her at breakfast, and Eva helped us rebook on checkout day. She was sweet, helpful, and patient with our indecision. Thanks for the special memories. We may have started an annual tradition. Until next time 🩷

After exploring St. Augustine for the day, we relaxed on the porch with complimentary wine and homemade cookies. Mary Lynn (Chef) made a delicious breakfast in the morning. Lisa greeted us when we arrived, showed us around, and was both friendly and knowledgeable. Our room was just right, with a comfortable king bed, complimentary chocolates, water, sherry, and a lavender sachet for under the pillows. We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Bed & Breakfast and highly recommend it. We’ll stay again.

We stayed in the gold room for Valentine's Day. We had some trouble finding it at first, but the helpful staff directed us over the phone. After that, everything was excellent, including the accommodations and breakfast. At checkout, we simply handed the key to a staff member after breakfast and left. We’re already talking about when to return to this excellent B&B.
