Stayable Suites St. Augustine

Mike at the front office was friendly and professional when we checked in, Shayla was kind and helpful during our stay, and Nicki kept our room feeling fresh, neat, clean, and comfortable. Cassie also made a huge difference. She was caring, attentive, and professional, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable from start to finish. It's rare to meet someone who puts that much heart into the job. We had a wonderful stay at Stable Inn in St. Augustine, Florida. The whole staff made it such a positive experience, and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting St. Augustine. We'll definitely stay again.

The room worked for what I needed, a pool party/get-together, and it was okay for the price. The pool was supposed to be the main reason for booking, though, and it closed at 5/6 pm because the lights weren't working. We got less than two hours of pool access. Check-in was easily the worst part. I travel and stay in hotels often, and I've never had a process that was so difficult and took so long. I would've wanted a full refund just for the hassle of getting checked in. That's my only complaint about the stay.

Jeffrey, the leasing agent at stayables, was understanding about the hardships I've been dealing with and helped me work on getting a roof over my son's head. He kept me updated on the lease and was clear about what he needed from me, without any hidden agendas or runaround. Mike has also been courteous and really helpful, keeping me posted on my room status and how to handle the lease. He keeps the rooms spotless, and the property has a homely feel.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the pool was great. I also liked seeing the kids outside running around, it gave the place good vibes. I just recently stayed here and loved it. The staff were polite, especially Luna, and they answered all my questions and helped with a few concerns I had.
